Aims Mobile Nursing – Terms and Conditions

By using services provided by Aims Mobile Nursing (“Aims”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“client”, “patient”, or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Services Provided
Aims Mobile Nursing offers professional, licensed nursing services delivered to clients in their homes or other designated locations. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Vascular Access
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Chronic disease management
- Post-operative care
- Case Management
- Delegations
- Wellness checks
- IV therapy
All services will be provided by licensed and qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to nurse availability.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Fees and Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Privacy and Confidentiality
Aims Mobile Nursing is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your medical information will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law.
- Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for nursing visits.
- Treat our staff with respect and professionalism.
- Limitation of Liability
Aims Mobile Nursing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of services. Our nurses act within their scope of practice and training and do not replace emergency medical services.
In case of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
- Text Message Communication
With your consent, Aims Mobile Nursing may send you text messages that may include, but are not limited to:
Appointment reminders, Scheduling updates, Information related to your care and treatment, Follow-
up instructions, Notifications regarding home visits or nurse arrival times.
These messages may contain limited personal health information and will be sent to the mobile number you provide. While we take every precaution to protect your information, please be aware that text messaging is not a fully secure form of communication and there is some risk of unauthorized access.
Your Rights
You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages at any time by notifying us in writing or replying “STOP” to any message.
Your decision to receive or not receive text messages will not affect your access to care or treatment from Aims Mobile Nursing.
Consent Requirement
Text messages will only be sent after you sign a separate written consent form. If you do not sign the consent, we will use other methods (such as phone calls or mailed letters) to communicate with you.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or provided in writing upon request.
