Are you looking for nursing jobs in Oregon with less stress? Where you and your patients’ needs matter? Where you can feel that what you do really makes a difference? If you want a nursing job that values the quality of your life and provides invaluable nursing care to our community members, AIMS wants you!

Who We Are

AIMS Vascular Access, LLC, is a woman-owned, small business, headquartered in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley. We are a mobile specialized nursing company, delivering care to our community members wherever they are. Our claim to fame is that our founding partner was the first nurse in the United States to use EKG guidance for PICC line placement. In that spirit, we continue to pioneer new ways of delivering and improving care for those we serve.

What We Offer

If you don’t have PICC insertion experience, that’s ok. We have nursing jobs that require a far broader skill set than specialized vascular access, and we welcome the unique nursing skills you bring to our company. We will train you to do PICC and midline insertion, if you are interested.  So, if you like managing your own schedule and meeting with patients one-on-one in a patient-centered and non-rushed environment, you may be a great fit for us.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for reliable team members with established skills who can work independently, who value high-quality patient-centered care, and who are eager to add their knowledge and experience to our growing company. We serve patients within a 250-mile radius of the Eugene-Springfield area, with the majority located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. But we are especially interested in hiring new team members in the Greater Portland and Salem, OR metropolitan areas.

If you are looking for a change from your current work situation and want to regain your sense of purpose and value, meet your patients where they are, and provide a valued service, please apply below. Email us at aims@aimsvascularaccess.com with your questions.
